Hon. Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir Shri P. Rajeev launched new products of Keltron Component Complex Limited (KCCL) at a function held on 20^th August 2025, 12 noon at Hotel Mascot, Trivandrum.

V.K. Prasanth, MLA, presided over the function. Principal Secretary for Industries and Commerce Shri. A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish IAS, Officer on Special Duty for Industries Smt. Annie Jula Thomas IAS, Executive Chairman BPT Shri. Ajithkumar. K, Secretary BPT Shri. Satishkumar. P, Chairman Shri. N. Narayanamoorthy, Managing Director Shri. K.G. Krishnakumar, Officials of PSUs in Kerala, Government officials and business partners attended the event.

Widening its products range to new extent, KCCL introduced two new products: Supercapacitor powered JUMP STARTER and PUMP CONTROL PANEL. The JUMP STARTER was handed over to the Hon. Minister by Chairman Shri. N. Narayanamoorthy. Open well PUMP CONTROL PANEL was handed over to the Hon. Minister by MD Shri. K.G. Krishnakumar.

The Jump Starter is a compact and convenient device designed to quickly resolve the frustration of a car that won’t start due to a dead battery. Simply connect the Jump Starter to the battery terminals, and it will provide the necessary power to start the vehicle, allowing to drive safely to the nearest service station. The Jump Starter uses advanced supercapacitor technology to store and deliver power, enabling quick vehicle starts, even with weak or dead 12V batteries. Motorists may carry the handy "Jump Starter" for use in case of accidental discharge of the vehicle battery (for example, by headlights, interior lights or ignition switch left on while the engine is not running). Once the engine is started with the Jump Starter, it (Jump Starter) can be removed, since leaving the engine running will restore the charge of the battery. The handy "Jump Starter" is battery less and uses only "Supercapacitors".

Newly designed Single Phase Pump Control Panel, is engineered to deliver efficient and reliable control of single phase open-well pump systems. This new product is for controlling the water pumps in open well and contains motor start capacitor circuitry. The newly designed water pump control panel box ensures efficient control of pump operations with enhanced safety features.

Minister appraised the new products from KCCL and congratulated the team for venturing into the new innovative products JUMP STARTER and PUMP CONTROL PANEL business. He said that these quality products will be very much accepted by the society.
