The new MPP Rectangular Production Facility was inaugurated by Shri. P. Rajeev, Hon Minister for Industries, Law and Coir on 22.11.2022 at 11.30 AM in a glorious function organized at Keltron Component Complex Limited. Shri. M Vijin Hon. MLA Kalliassery presided over the function and Shri. APM Mohammed Hanish IAS, Principal Secretary to Government delivered the keynote address.

MPP Rectangular capacitor is a new product launched by Keltron utilizing the latest technology. MPP Rectangular capacitors have Small Form Factor and is in rectangular shape. These capacitors are mainly used for motor run application. This new production plant was commissioned at an investment of Rs. 2 crores with 11 production machineries.

Along with this, Hon Minister also inaugurated modernized Electrolytic Capacitor plant at an investment of Rs. 1 crore and newly constructed warehouse at an investment of Rs. 60 lakhs.

The police team who investigated and sealed the duplicate capacitor manufacturing unit in Delhi was honoured during the function. The team led by inspector Shri. A Anil Kumar, Shri. Rameshan P(GSI), Shri. Manesh N(GASI) and Shri. KK Sajesh(GSCPO) were presented mementos and appreciation certificates by the Hon Minister.

Shri. T. T. Balakrishnan, Panchayat President, Kalliassery, Shri. O.V. Narayanan, Director, KCCL and various other dignitaries delivered felicitations during the function.
