Processes for the Supercapacitor production are highly sensitive to moisture and foreign particles. The overall moisture trapped inside the capacitor should be less than 1ppm for the proper working of the Supercapacitor. Hence the production machineries are housed in a 0.5% RH - clean class 10000 dry room setup at an investment of Rs. 3.5 crores.

Utility Room is a separate dedicated location in the building for incorporating various service equipment and Dry Room condition maintaining equipment for the Supercapacitor plant operation.
